Kelly has 24 years of fitness industry experience initially working as a personal trainer. In 2014 Kelly completed her Sports Therapy Degree at the University of Hertfordshire.  Developing an interest in chronic neurological conditions, and a wish to develop her career, Kelly qualified as a physiotherapist.

 

Having a broader depth of understanding health and exercise prescription enables Kelly to specialise in injury assessment, frailty and GP referral. Kelly is not only an HCPC professional but also a proud member of the CSP, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism in all aspects of her practice. 

 

Working from a family run gym, Kelly can take advantage of the extensive range of equipment on offer without the hustle and bustle of a large gym setting, she can personalise your treatment program based on your own goals and needs.

Kelly will provide you with a unique program and you will have access to your exercises either electronically via your phone, tablet or computer allowing you to watch videos so you can check your own techniques, or,  if you prefer you can also have a  print out, which ever works for you! Furthermore, Kelly will be able to remotely monitor your progress so you will never be alone in your journey.

  • Ultrasound

 

 

Enhanced joint range of motion, improved flexibility, and reduced muscle tension are some of the benefits of sports massage. Kelly can provide sports massage as part of your treatment plan or as a stand alone session lasting from 30 - 45  minutes depending on your personal requirements.
